About Us Aura Lifestyle Supports

Our Story

Commencing in 2020, Aura Lifestyle Supports was first envisioned in early 2019 after a lengthy period of listening to those with disability and their families, who expressed their desire to discover more innovative ways to see a good life realised.  In the dynamic environment of the NDIS, and based on its stated principles, new thinking emerged as to how to truly embed the NDIS philosophy so it drives  service provision. Individuals and their families dreamed better, encouraged to do so with the new opportunities emerging since the NDIS introduction.  For many of these people, self determination and  self governance remained central to their thinking, with a service provision model that works to assist this, not take over.  Afterall, they are best placed to know what they need and how support can assist them to achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations.

Aura Lifestyle Supports is established to simply provide a scaffolding that enables full choice and control whilst managing aspects of a person’s support they choose to delegate.  Aura takes on the necessary responsibilities to ensure compliance where required and, just as importantly, assists in flexible and responsive ways in supporting individuals to achieve positive outcomes.

Our Vision

Aura works with one person at a time, up to a maximum of ten people to plan, coordinate and implement support to assist to realise the hopes and dreams, goals and aspirations of each person supported.
